Creative Technologist / GenerativeAI Producer (Contract To Permanent)3RD UNIT is an UAE-based early stage entertainment fintech company.We are building a digital ecosystem \xe2\x80\x94 a launchpad for creators and a marketplace for creative digital assets \xe2\x80\x94 enabling and democratizing access to investment in early stage entertainment intellectual property (IP).We see an immense opportunity to scout, nurture, and finance nascent creative IPs \xe2\x80\x94 tailoring them from the ground up to seamlessly integrate into film, gaming, and location-based entertainment franchises right at the pre-production stage. We need the right talent to join us to build it.This is a hands-on content production and R&D role. In this role, you will stay up-to-date with emerging generative AI tools in video, audio, and text. Your task will be to find ways to enhance our early-stage worldbuilding and content production practices. You will collaborate with writers, art directors, creative producers, and marketers to identify and apply the right tools. You will also establish relationships with major GenAI tech companies and startups, joining their partner programs to test, experiment, and assess their products. Your goal will be to set and maintain 3RD UNIT\xe2\x80\x99s quality standards for GenAI creative outputs, provide thought leadership, and produce exciting branded content on the subject of GenAI-enhanced world- and franchise- building.Role expectations:prior experience as a creative technologist, cinematic content producer, computational data artist, video and sound producer/editorportfolio of individual/side-project work with generative AI art (web3 art, video)portfolio of individual/side-project work with motion image (film, advertising)proven experience contributing to a collective output of a larger creative team (e.g., in film, gaming, art installations, computational art)evidence of thought-leadership (blogs, publications, public speaking)comprehensive and justifiably critical understanding of the GenAI industry landscapeexperience or well-justified interest in web3 / blockchain-based technologiesa keen eye for non-conventional creators and innovative storiesfluency in EnglishOffer:compensation relevant to background and experience (industry standards apply according to benchmark of VC-backed early stage companies with early hire equity compensation)remote-first, with option to sponsor employment visa and relocation stipend to the UAEaccess to high growth venture opportunity with significant talent density and ambitionApplicants are invited to provide their expected compensation ballpark.
