Innovex Agency is seeking a talented

Creative Strategist

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching clients' businesses, creating strategic ideas, and ensuring that all creative assets produced align with their objectives. You will work closely with the production and creative teams to develop mood boards, conceptualize visual and written content, and ensure consistency across all deliverables. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for developing creative concepts that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Research & Insight Generation:

Conduct in-depth research into clients' businesses, industry trends, and target audiences. Develop insights and ideas that align with the client's business goals, ensuring that the creative direction is effective and impactful.

Creative Concept Development:

Create strategic ideas and concepts to guide the production team, providing them with direction for the visual, video, and written content. Develop mood boards, visual references, and creative briefs that clearly communicate the ideas to the production team.

Creative Direction & Alignment:

Ensure all creative assets produced (videos, graphics, photos) align with the client's brand, messaging, and business direction. Review and refine creative work to ensure it meets the strategic goals and is consistent with the creative direction.

Collaboration with Production Teams:

Work closely with production teams (photographers, videographers, designers) to ensure the execution of creative concepts and strategies. Provide feedback and adjustments to ensure that the final deliverables are in line with the initial vision and business goals.

Campaign & Brand Strategy Support:

Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and branding strategies by providing creative concepts and insights. Ensure that all creative outputs are consistent with the overall campaign and brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience as a

Creative Strategist

,

Brand Strategist

, or in a similar creative role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency. Strong understanding of creative processes, from concept development to final execution. Experience conducting

research

on clients, industries, and competitors to develop informed creative strategies. Ability to create

mood boards

,

visual references

, and comprehensive creative briefs. Strong knowledge of

branding

,

marketing strategies

, and the ability to align creative work with business objectives. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present ideas to clients and internal teams effectively. Ability to collaborate with different teams, including production, design, and marketing, to ensure alignment and execution of creative strategies. Proficiency in creative software tools like

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is a plus. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Working Hours & Days:



Full-time position, 5 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Hiring Process:

Initial Screening

Round 2:

Practical Assignment & Final Evaluation

Candidates will be asked to present a creative brief or a mood board based on a provided project scenario. Discussion on their process for ensuring creative alignment with clients' business goals.
