Follow internal HSSE programs especially regarding product and service levels, and general cleanliness to exceed JTG and governmental guidelines.\xc2\xb7 Ability to learn, understand and carry out instructionsThe steward is required to understand the importance of all tasks with a strict attention to details when receiving instructions from all senior members of the brigade.\xc2\xb7 Safety and Breakages and ShortagesHandle all kitchen equipment with utmost care. Ensure at all time to use the right chemicals as prescribed by health and safety norms.
