We are looking for a talented Creative Sales & Marketing Junior Specialist with a design background to join our team! This is what you will do: \xc2\xb7 Captivate visitors in our showroom, understand what there are looking for and assist them in selecting the perfect tile for their project. \xc2\xb7 Be familiar with graphic software is a plus (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop) as it can serve as a persuasive tool to encourage clients to invest in your creations. \xc2\xb7 Interact with customers over the phone, through email, and on social media platforms, addressing their queries and resolving any issues with a friendly and positive attitude. \xc2\xb7 Will provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to meet the customers expectations, project deadline and budget. The knowledge of the aesthetics and technical aspects of the product is crucial! \xc2\xb7 Be up to date on stock availability and pricing structure. Collaborate with Admin & Operations Department to keep precise records of samples and inventory at the showroom display. \xc2\xb7 Be responsible for the full sales cycle: Engaging with customers and pro-actively following up with leads, negotiating, receiving orders, issuing quotations and invoices, updating customers on manufacturing timeline and coordination with Admin & Operations Department, to collect outstanding payments and schedule deliveries and installations if necessary. \xc2\xb7 Be often present in client installations to capture captivating visuals for our social media platforms. \xc2\xb7 To know how to best utilize your design expertise to craft newsletters and visual content for social media platforms. \xc2\xb7 Will maintain and keep up to date a network record list for clients. \xc2\xb7 Be able to provide after sales technical assistance and handle customers complains if necessary. \xc2\xb7 Every month prepare a project status report which will be updated and discussed with the management. \xc2\xb7 With enthusiasm you will promote the brand and acting in a professional matter with appropriate values to protect the companys intellectual assets - brand, reputation, trademarks, software, research and development, patents, staff skills, strategy, process quality, supplier and customer relationships.
