The opportunity:



We are looking for a creative and production trainee who has a passion for everything content! We are looking for someone who loves to create content but also has great organizational and time management skills. This role will entail a lot of set time, shoot time and project management.





The ideal candidate for our team has a problem-solving mind-set, is able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively, has an eye for detail, and someone who works well under pressure and thrives on collaboration and teamwork.





We work on a variety of content and creative from social media short form to YouTube content, TVCs, photos, OOH and in-store executions. We are looking for someone who is as comfortable on a production set as they are with an excel sheet.





Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Manage social shoots from ideation to execution with the creative and social team
• Be the POC and go-to-person for social shoots and content creation
• Assist the Creative Director in big campaign planning
• Assist the Creative Director on sets for major shoots and campaigns
• Continuously learn more about the creative and production process from A-Z





Project management

• Responsible for coordinating and managing schedules for shoots
• Manage the creative calendar and the campaign work-back schedule
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including social, e-commerce, and CRM to receive and analyse briefs and requirements
• Manage timelines for content delivery
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on the progress and delivery of assets





Requirements

• Is passionate about content creation for social media (personal or for work)
• Is familiar with the content creation process
• Has great project management skills
• Is eager to learn the ins and outs of the production process
• Is familiar with building work-back schedules and keeping project management files
• Familiarity with Adobe suite is a plus





Skills and Experience

• A degree in film, marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Creative and out of the box thinker
• Excellent time management and project management skills

• Experience with administrative tasks
