Job DetailsQualifications (Academic, training, languages)Minimum bachelor's degree in arts/ graphic design/communicationDiploma in Video editing & Visual Effects is a plus.Knowledge in using Adobe Suite CC, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, 2D, 3D & 4D animations and motion graphics.Knowledge in protocol/regulations related to marketing and communication.Knowledge in creating/enhancing branding concepts and themes that increase market-share.Work ExperienceMinimum 12+ Years of extensive experience, 5 of which in a managerial role in creative marketing scope of work in Agency/Client, preferably in the aviation industry, low-cost airline is an advantage.Understanding market trends and channeling them leads to effective marketing and advertising plans and campaigns.A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work and successful campaigns.Working knowledge in media relations, events management, product development, design and communication.Expert in Microsoft Office.Advanced Project management skills combined with Budgeting experience.Ability to develop and articulate creative concepts that align with business goals.Strong eye for aesthetics, with an ability to critique and refine creative work.Ability to translate brand strategy into impactful creative campaigns.Flexible and responsive to changing priorities and market demands.Exceptional creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.Understanding of Standards, Policies and Procedures.Proven record in developing and executing creative advertising strategies and campaigns driving change in a fast-moving environment.Company DescriptionAir Arabia (PJSC), listed on the Dubai Financial Market, is the Middle East and North Africas first and largest low-cost carrier operator flying to over 190 destinations across the world.
