Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team at AYA Holding Group.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to understand client requirements, project objectives, and design preferences.
Develop comprehensive interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that align with project goals and brand standards.
Create detailed interior design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, using industry-standard software tools.
Source and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, materials, and accessories that meet project specifications, budgetary constraints, and sustainability criteria.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of interior design elements with overall project plans.
Oversee the implementation of interior design concepts, conducting site visits, reviewing progress, and providing guidance to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design, incorporating innovative ideas and techniques into project designs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in the luxury real estate or hospitality sector.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
Strong conceptualization, visualization, and presentation skills.
Excellent understanding of space planning, materials, color theory, and interior design principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
