Job Description

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Bachelor's in Visual Communication
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a creative design role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills, including branding, UI/UX, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Job Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire the creative team, ensuring the development of fresh, innovative design concepts across all projects.
• Design Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, define creative direction, and establish design strategies that support brand identity and marketing goals.
• Project Management: Oversee all stages of the design process, from concept to final execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design outputs align with the brand's visual identity, maintaining consistency across various platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.).
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated creative solutions.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the creative team's work.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to junior designers, fostering growth and creativity within the team.
• Client Interaction: Communicate and present design concepts to clients or internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve final deliverables.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality, ensuring that all creative output is visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly.
