Summary: We are looking for an experienced Creative Graphic Designer to support the Kayali team in various design aspects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe creative tools, knowledgeable in packaging design and able to support with creative design solutions across various mediums. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Packaging and Design:

Creating primary and secondary package designs, and ensure brand consistency across each category.
Developing quality mockups of primary and secondary package design in response to briefs, and present them to various team members to align on final look and feel.
Preparing final artworks on dielines and send them to suppliers with detailed product specifications.
Coordinating with the photography team to ensure packshots conform with the package design.

Marketing & PR Responsibilities:

Developing a range of design assets for new launches, ensuring consistency across various materials. This includes assets for presentation decks, social media, digital media, and print materials.
Updating brand guidelines with new launches, specifications, and brand updates - on a monthly basis.
Supporting the Creative Manager in developing new brand identities and guidelines that are in line with brand strategies and business goals.
Developing all necessary PR design requirements and assets, including but not limited to package design, brochures, stickers, etc. to create unique and outstanding PR Kits that are cohesive with the brand identity.
Liaising with third-party suppliers to ensure quality products and design prints.
Preparing PowerPoint templates to cater to the needs of KAYALIs cross-functional teams.

Visual Merchandising Responsibilities:

Supporting the VM team with all necessary print graphics to ensure brand cohesiveness.
Updating the VM brand guidelines with new brand and design updates.

Internal Responsibilities:

Supporting the Creative Manager by providing industry trends and innovations - and creating trend presentations to be sent out to the teams

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in graphic design or an equivalent discipline.
5 years of experience, working with Adobe Creative Tools (such as, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, 3D program is a plus but not necessary).
Knowledge in packaging design and can work around deadlines and approval processes.
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in English and Arabic, French is a plus.
