Job Description

We are looking for a talented and multi-skilled Graphic Designer who is experienced in photography and videography . This role requires a creative individual capable of handling design projects from concept to execution, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to capture and edit high-quality visual content.

Job Responsibilities:

• Study design briefs to fully understand project goals, target audience, and requirements.
• Create illustrations, logos, and other designs using industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Design and develop visually engaging content for marketing, advertising, print materials, and digital platforms, such as social media, web assets, and branding materials.
• Take ownership of the design process from concept to final delivery, translating creative concepts into refined deliverables that align with the brand vision and resonate with the target audience.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos for marketing campaigns, product shoots, and other company or client needs.
• Manage all aspects of the photography process, from planning and shooting to retouching and final editing.
• Edit and optimize graphics, videos, and photography for social media and other digital platforms.
• Ensure consistency in design, photography, and overall visual aesthetics, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their objectives, target audience, and vision, effectively translating their ideas into compelling visual solutions.
• Translate client briefs into high-quality visual designs that effectively communicate the intended message and align with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, design techniques, and photography tools to continuously enhance your skills.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, presenting and explaining design concepts to clients and team members with clarity and professionalism.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions for campaigns and strategies.
• Adapt to client feedback quickly, refining designs to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premium Pro, After Effect) and other graphic design software.
• Expertise in photography, including shooting, retouching, and post-production editing (using tools like Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop).
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including colour, typography, and composition.
• 2 years of experience in an agency setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and proficiency in various design styles and techniques.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design and photography work.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
