Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Creative Graphic Designer / Photographer to join our creative agency in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graphic design, digital marketing, and web development, along with a passion for creating engaging online and offline experiences. You will work on diverse projects that require a balance of creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail to bring our clients' visions to life.

Position Overview

The role involves working on various design and photography projects for clients, with responsibilities ranging from branding to digital marketing. You will create compelling visual content for print and digital platforms, collaborate with team members, and ensure high-quality output that aligns with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Development: Create and refine brand identities, including designing logos, selecting color palettes, and developing style guides.
• Creative Concept Execution: Design and deliver creative concepts for:

Branding initiatives

Marketing materials

Websites

Social media graphics

Other print and digital assets

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize, execute, and refine design projects.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and meets client specifications.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Photography & Videography: Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for marketing purposes, events, and other client needs.
• Trend Awareness: Stay current with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools to continuously improve design quality.

Technical Skills:

Design Fundamentals:

Knowledge of graphic design principles such as layout, balance, contrast, and hierarchy.

Expertise in visual composition, color theory, and typography.

Understanding of color psychology for impactful designs.

Digital & UI/UX Design:

Proficiency in digital design, UI/UX, and web design.

Ability to create user-centered designs and engaging user interfaces.

Marketing & Advertising:

Experience in product design and creating visuals for advertising and marketing campaigns.

Ability to design social media posters and digital marketing assets.

Branding & Print Design:

Knowledge of branding strategies and how to develop visual identities.

Understanding of print design fundamentals and production processes.

Software Proficiency:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

UI/UX tools such as Adobe XD or Figma.

Motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects.

Experience with CorelDRAW, Sketch, and similar tools.

Artistic Abilities:

Drawing, sketching, and illustration skills.

Experience in animation, special effects, and motion graphics.

Photography, videography, and CGI video skills.

Emerging Technologies: Understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) in design and its applications.

Creativity & Attention to Detail: Ability to develop innovative design solutions while maintaining precision.

Research Skills: Capability to research design trends, techniques, and tools for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Software Knowledge:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Familiarity with UI/UX tools like Adobe XD or Figma.

Experience with CorelDRAW, Sketch, and After Effects.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a creative designer in a creative agency.
• Soft Skills:

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Additional Skills

• Photography & Videography: Experience in capturing and editing visual content.
• Web Design: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Print Production: Understanding of print processes to ensure high-quality output.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
