ob Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Creative Executive with a strong background in the Technology and Events & Exhibition industry. The role involves blending innovative technology with immersive designs for exhibitions, corporate events, and interactive displays. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience, including expertise in digital technologies, virtual or hybrid events, and interactive media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology-Driven Concept Development:
• Develop creative concepts that leverage digital and interactive technologies for engaging exhibitions and event experiences.
• Research and incorporate emerging tech trends (AR/VR, projection mapping, interactive touchpoints) to elevate brand impact.
• Digital & 3D Design Execution:
• Create and visualize 3D layouts and interactive models for stands, virtual events, and hybrid event setups.
• Design digital content that aligns with client objectives, ensuring seamless integration across multimedia platforms.
• Project & Technology Coordination:
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure designs are both innovative and feasible within budget and timeline constraints.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software solutions effectively.
• Client Consultation & Presentation:
• Conduct client meetings to understand digital and creative needs, present tech-enhanced design concepts, and gather feedback.
• Develop and present high-impact proposals that emphasize technology's role in achieving client goals.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership:
• Mentor junior designers and creative teams, fostering a tech-forward mindset.
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure cohesive tech integration.
• Brand Innovation & Digital Strategy:
• Champion innovative design approaches that align with brand goals and industry trends.
• Stay updated on the latest tech applications in events and exhibitions, ensuring creative solutions remain competitive.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years in a creative and technology-integrated role within the Events & Exhibition industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Media, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization software, such as 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with interactive design tools and AR/VR integration.
• Experience with projection mapping, LED wall integration, and immersive digital experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, especially for client interaction.
