Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the creative process from concept development to execution across various projects.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with project objectives, delivering exceptional creative solutions that exceed expectations.

Work closely with the Project Manager to manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring seamless project execution.

Provide clear and concise creative briefs to the backend team, ensuring all project requirements are well-communicated and understood.

Manage and mentor the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Oversee backend processes for creative projects, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.

Contribute to digital campaigns, providing insights and creative direction for impactful online engagement (experience in digital campaigns is a plus).

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry (experience in other industries is a plus).

Extensive experience working in agencies and event management, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative Concept & leadership.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

Strong understanding of backend processes, Software/Applications used, and their role in delivering creative projects.

Ability to provide strategic direction, solve problems creatively, and drive projects to successful completion.

Familiarity with digital marketing and campaign strategies is an advantage.
