About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of world-class events and exhibitions in Riyadh. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of event storytelling, brand engagement, and immersive experiences. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, innovation, and leadership to ensure all projects deliver outstanding audience experiences and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative event and exhibition concepts that captivate audiences and align with brand objectives. Oversee the entire design and production process, ensuring top-tier execution from ideation to implementation. Craft immersive brand narratives and experiential activations that engage attendees and enhance brand identity. Work closely with clients, designers, event managers, and production teams to bring creative visions to life. Stay ahead of industry trends in experiential marketing, digital integration, and interactive exhibitions. Ensure all events and exhibitions meet high creative standards, timelines, and budget constraints. Mentor and manage a team of designers, creatives, and production specialists to drive creativity and efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience (8+ years) as a Creative Director or similar role in the events and exhibitions industry. Strong expertise in experiential design, branding, and large-scale event production. Exceptional ability to visualize, conceptualize, and execute innovative event experiences. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, 3D rendering tools, etc.) is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously. Strong network within the events, exhibitions, and production industry in the GCC is an advantage.
