Job Description

As the Creative Director will spearhead our creative team, fostering innovation and excellence in design across various platforms. Their focus will be on large event conceptualization, planning, and management, bringing to life the visual aspects of our events to ensure each project delivers a memorable impact. The candidate have to interpret business requirements and client briefs, transforming them into refined, elegant creative solutions. This role involves managing tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously. The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing a diverse creative team, including but not limited to copywriters, 3D designers, graphic artists, and finalizers. Exceptional skills in pitching creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, communicating ideas, and developing concepts collaboratively with team members are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

Develop Large Event Concepts: That are transformed into refined, elegant creative solutions; ensuring a seamless integration of visual and experiential elements. Collaboration with Event Management: Align visual strategies with the event management team's logistical planning and execution. Creative Vision and Leadership: Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members. Lead, inspire, hire, develop, and oversee the creative team with strong supervisory, people management, and leadership skills. Pitching and Communication: Confidently pitch ideas and present the creative vision clearly to clients and team members. Facilitate Creative Sessions: Conduct brainstorming sessions and creative discussions, translating event objectives into innovative design solutions. o Manage Multimedia Productions: Direct multimedia productions, including photo and video shoots, for event promotions and documentation. Brand's Visual Representation: Engage in all aspects of the brand's visual representation, including digital campaigns, web design, and content marketing. Ensure consistency with the overall brand in all creative outputs/visuals. Project Leadership: Lead multiple projects from conception to completion, adhering to deadlines. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders. Innovation and Risk-taking: Champion new ideas and take risks in creative endeavors. Group-Level Engagement: Capability to operate and contribute at the group level.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Approximately 10 years of experience in art direction, with a strong focus on creatively directing large-scale event design and management. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute large-scale events and multimedia projects. In-depth knowledge of the latest design software and technologies. Be open to receiving feedback and constructive suggestions. Excellent skills in communicating creative visions, concepts, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders, internal teams, and clients. Responsible for the creative vision and output standards, leading and inspiring the team, and overseeing the creative process. Ability to confidently pitch ideas and clearly present the creative vision to clients and team members. Startup Mentality: Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability, typical of a startup environment. In-depth knowledge of the latest design software and technologies. Must be based in the UAE. Proficiency in Arabic.
