Our client is a Frozen Food Importer company from the United Arab EmiratesCreative Director, under the direction of the Chief Executive Office, shall be responsible for leading our creative team in developing Innovative and compelling visual content and impact of marketing materials, product, and publications. Shall devise the concepts and strategies for a particular venture and monitor Its progress. Creative Director will be able to implement his/her creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan. CRD must also oversee the design layout by meeting with the creative professional, stakeholders and top management to determine the needs of designs, branding, packaging, marketing and advertisements.
Develop and implement creative strategies and concepts that align with the company\'s brand identity and marketing objectives.
Lead brand campaigns, including submitting ideas for projects and overseeing the development of all creative content.
Lead and manage a team of creative professionals including graphic designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists.
Oversee the creation of visual assets, including but not limited to graphics, videos, and animations, for various digital and print platforms.
Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, and provide feedback to the team.
Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals.
Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication across all channels.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of creative outputs.
Work closely with external agencies and freelancers to supplement the in-house creative team when needed
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Present project information, including deadlines and budgets to stakeholders and top management.
Monitor and analyze the performance of creative campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Other tasks necessary as requested by the top management.

Qualification:
Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Art, Design, Marketing, Communication or related field
5+ years\' experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the food & Beverage industry Previous experience of working in marketing and PR role for any industry, experience in Food & Beverage is an advantage
Must have experience in exhibitions and Kiosk designing in F&B industry.
Other training and certifications related to Creative and Multimedia Design & Marketing
Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across various platforms and media types Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), multimedia tools, and
Project management platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to inspire and motivate a creative team to achieve excellence
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional team
Knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media platform
