Responsibilities will include providing guidance to team members, working with the talent team on training plans, fostering expertise in Generative AI and managing explicit process planning with other teams collaborating on Generative AI projects. the selected candidate will need to ensure the success of content for campaigns and other forms content ( social media, PR, internal comms, etc), shepherding them from conception to production. As one of the early adopters, the person will play a pivotal role in developing new processes and strategies for content creation using Generative AI as a co-pilot.In collaboration with internal teams acting as clients, the candidate will take on a managerial role while remaining actively involved in generating and producing ground-breaking ideas. Simultaneously, the persons in question will manage projects and ensure their timely delivery.More specifically the candidate should:
Pitch concepts to clients, leveraging AI tools to showcase new processes and deliver unique outcomes that align with creative briefs
Initiate projects once client proposals are approved
Oversee every stage of the creative process
Meet with clients and internal teams to understand their creative needs
Build strong relationships with internal teams to establish new processes and integration plans for Generative AI tools
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop content using Generative AI tools, innovatively conveying clients\' briefs

Qualifications
Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in an advertising agency

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a creative team effectively
