We're looking for a Creative Developer to join our team and help us bring groundbreaking projects to life, including AI-powered video creation, 3D content development, and metaverse experiences.

What You'll Do

• AI-Driven Video Creation:
• Create dynamic videos using AI tools like Runway ML, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
• Enhance video content with advanced AI techniques, including motion tracking, upscaling, and generative effects.
• 3D Modeling and Animation:
• Develop high-quality 3D assets and animations using software like Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya.
• Produce realistic renderings and simulations for video and interactive content.
• Unity Development:
• Build and optimize immersive applications and environments using Unity and C#.
• Develop for metaverse platforms and AR/VR experiences with Unity's Shader Graph and URP/HDRP.
• Integrate 3D assets into interactive applications and support multiplayer functionality.
• Collaborate Across Teams:
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and product teams to deliver innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills:

1. AI & Video:

• Experience with tools like Runway ML, Stable Diffusion, DALLE, and Synthesia.
• Knowledge of generative AI techniques for creating and editing video content.

2. 3D Animation:

• Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar software.
• Understanding of 3D rendering pipelines and particle systems.

3. Unity Development:

• Strong knowledge of Unity and programming in C#.
• Experience with Shader Graph, URP/HDRP, and asset integration.
• Familiarity with VR/AR development and metaverse platforms (e.g., Decentraland, Sandbox).

4. Other Tools:

• Git/GitHub for version control.
• Collaboration tools like Figma, Jira, or Trello.

Soft Skills:

• Creative problem-solving and the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptability to learn and implement new tools and technologies.
