DescriptionDuties:You will be contributing within concept generation and inform delivery of projects of varying scale and typology, working closely with a vibrant multidisciplinary team of architectural, urban design and Interior Design professionals.Provide creative design inputs on design vision, project positioning, scope requirements and project schedules for initial planning.Strong ability to review, prepare, develop and edit drawings and presentations.Ability to solve design issues in a creative and pragmatic way by developing multiple design options that meet the design approach and budget to contribute to external Consultants solutions as part of an integrated collaborative approach.Assist in managing internal and external teams to ensure that feasibility, program, design, technical, quality and specifications of the projects are achieved.Ability to prepare, develop design options in collaboration with the design team.Candidate requirements:Minimum of 12 years' experience as an Architect; 5 of which at the level of Design ArchitectProven experience in master planning and architectural design for large-scale mixed-use developmentsMiddle East experience is preferredShould have strong ability with Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, Vray, Adobe Creative Suite.Bachelors degree in BA architecture.Working knowledge of the RIBA/AIA stages of work.Should have strong ability with Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, Vray, and Adobe Suite.Willingness to commute long term or move to the Northern Emirates to ensure a commitment to the growth plan our client has in place.if you feel the above role suits your experience and planned career path then please email your cv asap to m.cotgrave@nsrassociates.com
