Lead the creation of best-in-class designs and concepts for Sephora ME to delight and inspire our customers.
Build strong creative executions during key commercial periods in the year such as Ramadan, Sales and Festive.
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle while serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
Manage projects and processes with other teams
Lead a team of talented graphic designers and copywriters
Work closely with the Creative Director to implement creative strategies and vision
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESLeadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Oversee the workload, processes, and performance of the graphic design team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Act as POC for internal and external stakeholders
Creative Concept Development:
Develop creative concepts for campaigns across various channels (digital, social, in-store, OOH etc) that adhere to marketing and design principles.
Drive brainstorming sessions and ensure ideas are aligned with market trends.
Work closely with the Creative Director to implement the creative strategy and vision for campaigns to the final creative outputs
Work with the media team to understand content performance and optimize accordingly.
Pitch concepts to relevant stakeholders
Project Management:
Manage the full lifecycle of creative campaigns ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and facilitating smooth communication.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, e-commerce, retail, etc.) to ensure campaign alignment and integration.
Drive process efficiencies for the team
Photoshoots:
Work with the creative team on art direction for photoshoots
Manage photoshoots for product executions.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSEducation & Experience:
Bachelors degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role
Agency experience is a plus
Arabic language is a must
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing a creative team.
Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into actionable campaigns.
Expert in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to diverse audiences.
Highly organized with a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
A strong understanding of design and marketing principles.
