About Us: Constant Captures Production is dedicated to preserving memories through exceptional photography and videography services. We're seeking a motivated Photo Album Maker to join our team, focusing on providing our clients with beautiful, personalized photo albums as an after-sales service.

Job Overview: As a Photo Album Maker, you will work from home to create stunning photo albums for our clients. This role involves reaching out to customers to pitch the purchase of an album, guiding them through the options, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers post-event to discuss the option of purchasing a custom photo album.
• Present album packages and design options, highlighting their value and quality.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and gather photos for the album.
• Design and create personalized photo albums using industry-standard software.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
• Ensure timely completion and delivery of photo albums.
• Stay updated on industry trends and design techniques to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a creative industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and friendly approach.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for photography and design.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Must be based in Dubai.
