Job Title: Crane Mechanic or Technician

Experience: 8 - 25+ years (Preferably with experience in working with crawler cranes)

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical wiring connections and mechanical issues in crawler cranes.
• Carry out repairs and regular maintenance of cranes in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and company standards.
• Fill in inspection checklists thoroughly and prepare detailed job reports documenting completed tasks.
• Regularly update the supervisor on job status, progress, and any challenges encountered.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and within the specified timelines.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Workshop Manager to support the smooth functioning of operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 8 - 25+ years of experience as a Crawler Crane Mechanic, with a strong focus on crawler cranes.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical systems in cranes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Strong communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
• Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to company standards.
• Punctual and reliable with a focus on completing jobs on time.
