Job Description

The Cradle Operator cum Water Tank Cleaner is responsible for operating cradle systems for accessing high-rise buildings and performing water tank cleaning services. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, expertise in cradle equipment handling, and knowledge of hygiene and maintenance standards for water tanks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cradle Operation
• Operate cradle (suspended platform) equipment to reach high elevations on building exteriors safely and efficiently.
• Inspect, set up, and maintain cradle equipment, ensuring all components are in working order.
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures while operating at heights, using fall protection equipment as required.
• Communicate with ground staff and supervisors during operations to ensure smooth coordination and minimize risks.
• Water Tank Cleaning
• Perform cleaning and disinfection of water tanks (overhead, underground, and residential/commercial) as per established hygiene and safety protocols.
• Use appropriate cleaning agents and tools to remove sediments, algae, and other contaminants.
• Ensure thorough rinsing and draining of tanks post-cleaning to prevent any contamination.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules and submit reports on completed jobs.
• Maintenance and Safety Compliance
• Conduct regular checks and minor maintenance on cradle equipment to prevent mechanical failures.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to company and regulatory safety standards.
• Attend safety and training programs on cradle operation, water tank cleaning, and emergency response.
• Customer Service
• Interact professionally with clients when on-site, addressing any concerns related to the cleaning process.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are performed with minimal disruption to the client's premises.

Qualifications:

• Certification in cradle operation or related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED1,200.00 per month
