CPT-5148 Customer Support Virtual Assistant

REQUIRED SERVICE: Business Support
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Junior Level
MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 30 hours
SHIFT TIME ZONE UAE
SHIFT HOURS: between 9:00am to 5:00pm
SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday

Tasks
  • Inquiry Handling: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • WhatsApp Communication: Utilize WhatsApp for customer support, providing real-time assistance and guidance to potential buyers.
  • Buying Process Guidance: Assist customers in navigating the online shopping process, helping them with product selection, order placement, and payment procedures.
  • Factory Coordination: Collaborate with manufacturing factories to obtain models/samples of products, ensuring the availability of necessary information for customers.
  • Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to ensure the smooth and timely procurement of items, manage inventory, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Purchasing Process Guidance: Guide clients through the purchasing process, offering recommendations and clarifications to facilitate their buying decisions.
  • Delivery Management: Handle order deliveries, track shipments, and address customer inquiries related to delivery status and timelines.
  • Nice to have: Social Media experience
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp for real-time customer support.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to provide clear and concise guidance to customers.
  • Effective coordination skills to work with suppliers and factories.
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer issues and inquiries.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and delivery management.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
