Be the Franchise equity advocate ensuring that the product development meets the category need and delights consumer
Develop the products for personal care with management of end-to-end R&D processes for ensuring OTIF (On Time in Full). The person will also be responsible for landing innovations, NPD & EPD.
Plan work, delegate, monitor/supervise, direct as needed to the team of formulators.
Understand the consumer habits & needs and translate to develop product solutions as needed by thebusiness project briefs.
Work closely with other functions (marketing, R&D cross-functional teams) to develop the product and communication claims and claim support, ensuring strong consumer relevance and engagement.
Contribute innovation that can be patented and also participate in knowledge dissemination exercise internal or external through guest speaker or scientific publishing opportunities as per management approval.
