Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual for a full-time position as a Courier Dispatcher for our company, IIQAF. You will ensure smooth coordination of courier services that are provided to customers within our specific territory.

- Coordinate and prioritize delivery and pick-up schedules for couriers to ensure timely service.
- Analyze orders, track order progress, and assign orders to the appropriate staff.
- Manage customer relations, providing friendly customer service and accurate information.
- Monitor and direct logistical activities pertaining to transport and make adjustments accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with service regulations and service guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage customer complaints or special service requests.
- Produce reports and conduct necessary research on services, times of delivery, and other areas.
- Update daily records of customer delivery logs.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Logistics, Business, or related fields is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, customer service, or related fields.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft office applications.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
