Position Title: Country Medical Head MOTUWA

Join Johnson & Johnson as our new Country Medical Head MOTUWA! We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to take on this exciting role. As the Country Medical Head, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of scientific MSLs, ensure consistency and alignment of Medical Affairs (MAF) strategies, and implement peer-to-peer programs on both national and regional scales. Collaborating with MOTUWA's top specialists, you will also play a crucial role in budget allocations and important projects within the CVT/NVT. Responsibilities: Ensure effective communication flows between regional and local levels, coordinating the implementation of NEMA MAF communications within MOTUWA. Provide qualified medical guidance to Marketing, ensuring alignment between Medical Affairs and Business Units. Act as a key point of contact with MAF Director, gathering input for MAF plans and facilitating an effective interface between product/TA leads. Develop and maintain the annual Medical Affairs plan, encouraging best-practice sharing across LOCs within MOTUWA. Partner with internal and external business partners to drive the development, implementation, and delivery of evidence-generation projects. Handle medical/product information queries, providing written or verbal responses to healthcare professionals, patients, and employees. Collaborate with Marketing and Business Units to review and approve promotional and educational materials. Raise key issues that require resolution at the regional level. Medical degree or 3rd Scientific Cycle: Master or PhD scientists. Minimum 5 years of experience as an MSL or Regional Product Manager. 2 years of experience in People Management. Strong knowledge of all therapeutic areas in Janssen pipeline. Ability to work closely with KOLs and develop therapeutic areas. Demonstrated history of creating and implementing effective CME learning activities. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple internal partners. Proficiency in operating PC and in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Languages: French and English
