EPIROC MOROCCO RECRUITS A COUNTRY MANAGER (M/F)
To further develop Epiroc SENA region (South Europe and North Africa), we are looking for a talented Country Manager for Morocco Customer Center. Morocco Customer centers covers sales activities in Morocco, Tunisia, Lybia and Mauritania.
Position description : Reporting to the Regional General Manager SENA, the Country Manager is a key player within the local organization and part of SENA management He/she is responsible for the development of long-term sustainable business plan in territories assigned as well as the development of an efficient and performing organization with specific focus on people management and safety. The organization has approx. 35 employees and yearly revenues of 30 mln euro with a strong potential for growth.
Main activities: To lead the company by implementing, as part of the Group's policy, a strategy to increase the company's commercial performance and profitability. To achieve the assigned targets set by the Regional General Manager for his/her territory. To ensure that all Epiroc products have the best opportunity of success on the market with strong focus on customer, territory, and channel management. To monitor overall performances such as monthly financial performance, profit/loss, and balance sheet reports and implement corrective actions when needed. To animate and coordinate management team action plans To manage specific Company's activity such as: Assist, support and advise local Business Managers in the creation of their action plan, its implementation, and the development of their activities Achieve the results set out in targets and validated by the Regional Management Develop the activity in its geographical area in accordance with the guidelines defined by the Regional Management team with the aim to give each product its best chance on the market Develop the current organization in such a way as to ensure the success of the Group's ambitions in terms of market share development Development sales opportunities via Intranet, Internet, and Extranet, actively supporting global projects that have the effect of strengthening customer relations and being more efficient Follow the guidelines regarding transnational business activities to best serve the customer in the interest of the Epiroc Group Develop strong people care, e.g. staff training and development. Establish a structure giving written assignments for all managerial positions, including annual interviews and follow-ups Identify, support and monitor talents that have the potential to evolve within the Group Adopt the Group's planning process as Project Manager and promote it to key people in its organization Ensure integrity and transparency in operations and structure by ensuring that the AMF and Code of Practice is understood and applied in a relevant manner Implement the Prokura structure approved by the Regional General Manager, Analyze the follow-up of actions and results communicated by Division Managers to prevent deviations Ensures compliance with local legislation
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS : Strong managerial skills and technical knowledge. Significant knowledge of the specific business products and its application Considerable experience in a Sales company, in Sales and Marketing related roles Significant experience within the construction and mining or related industries. Proven experience of customers and sales channel management and IDS Experience in providing solutions to customers 5 years' experience in comparable position Knowledge of French language both written and oral is a prerequisite Excellent command of English written and oral Good computer and presentation skills Business financial knowledge
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS : University Degree or similar through experience Commercial or business acumen is an advantage

Place of work : The position will be based in Epiroc Morocco's offices in Casablance, frequent travels throughout the territory covered are inherent to the position as well as one-off trips abroad (valid light vehicle driving license is a prerequisite)
