As the Country Manager for our Wound Care portfolio, you will be given the autonomy deliver the regional strategy for Saudi Arabia, Qatar & Bahrain, maximising sales growth and profitability via our distributor/indirect channels.
To succeed in your new position, you will take the lead in the following areas:
Oversee all company KSA commercial activities including sales, marketing, business development and customer relations Communicating the company vision and objectives to the team Lead external partner and distributor sales teams Grow Molnlycke coverage in areas we do not currently hold presence Lead on go-to-market pricing strategy for sales partners Ensure adequate training and support is provided to distributor sales teams Develop new business opportunities with clear market segmentation and target strategies Provide business insights regarding market conditions and competitor analysis Support with participation in tender application submissions

What you'll need
University degree, preferably in Science and/or Business Administration Minimum 10-15 years of sales, marketing, team management, Sales data analysis, and distributor management experience Previous exposure to a similar multinational environment Woundcare knowledge would be an added value Strong business acumen, change management and communication skills Fluent spoken English is required. Polish or Czech language would be beneficial
