Job Key Details:
Welcome customers in a proper way, address their inquiries and provide assistance with their requests
Strive to create a pleasant and memorable experience for every customer visiting the counter
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded
Develop a thorough understanding of the products and services to effectively answer customer questions and recommend suitable options based on their needs
Maintain a well-organized counter area and assist in monitoring inventory levels
Make sure the counter area is kept clean and tidy at all times
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers, contributing to increased sales and customer satisfaction
Handle incoming calls and respond to email inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
Address customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy
Ensure accurate and secure handling of cash, maintaining the integrity of cash registers and reporting any discrepancies to supervisors
Job Qualifications and Experience
The suitable candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in counter sales
Ability to process bills and cash registers
Experience working with POS systems
Must be able to adhere to and uphold sanitization standards
Should have a positive attitude, polite and with a friendly demeanor
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
