Job Description

Its a general trading specialize in building material with electrical and plumbing materials the major role of the candidate would be to

1. negotiate price of the product and get the least price available in market

2.Prepare Comparisons Based On Suppliers Offers Prior To Placing Of Purchase Orders

3.Performing the complete procurement process starting From inquiry Till Materials Delivery And Documents Receiving.
4. Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers
5. Monitoring inventory levels and determining purchase needs
6.Requesting cost proposals and negotiating contracts and prices.
7 Preparing and processing purchase orders.
8 Maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments.
9 Scheduling and verifying purchase deliveries.
10. Implementing inventory optimization strategies within the company.
11. Obtaining quotes from different suppliers
12. Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers along with procurement team
13. Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
