We have been dedicated to meeting the increasing demands of retail foodstuff establishments and distributors. Our specialization lies in dry foods, encompassing items such as Nuts, Dry Fruits, Spices, Pulses, and more. With both import and export operations spanning across world, we are now poised to expand our presence in MENA countries. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Counter Sales Staff (SIS) to join our team immediately. Job Purpose Statement: The primary purpose of the Salesman/Saleswoman position in the Sales - SIS (Shop-in-Shop) department is to contribute to the overall success of counter/shop. The Salesman/Saleswoman at the counter plays a pivotal role in fostering strong customer relationships, implementing marketing initiative.
Follow up of the staff (transfer between store, support them to find a place where to stay, listen to their inquiries, to give them their salary slip, staff schedule)
Make sure that the hygiene procedure in the counter is implemented
Ensure the communication between the staff and the head office (Key account manager, warehouse, Sales assistant)
Stock follow up (warehouse + counter)
Stock taking once per month
Market survey twice per month
Staff training to every visit
Implement the instruction from the Key Account Manager
Collect the sales report and invoice from our client
Collect control form, staff expenses, stock taking, souk out of stock form from our counter
Implementation of the new procedure (Hygiene, planogram, new products, price board, promotion, material)
Daily visit in the store (5 days/week and 1 day at the office)
Ensure the implementation by night (Gondola head for special event, remodeling, deep cleaning, counter maintenance\xe2\x80\xa6)
Follow up of the LPO done by the souk / Order request / Quantity
Daily communication with counter supervisor and section manager of our client
Make sure that the promotion of the week is implemented
Knowledge of the products and planogram / Internal promotion purpose
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated history of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and ERP systems.
Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules.
