Greet and assist customers professionally, providing product information and recommendations. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Develop in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on promotions. Handle order processing and coordinate with other departments as needed. Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience. Maintain store cleanliness and organize product displays. Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Manage cash transactions securely and follow handling procedures, ensuring accountability for collections and debts.

Desired Qualification:

Bachelors Degree

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ( English, Hindi and Malayalam)

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred

Basic mathematical skill and attention to detail

Ability to work in fast - paced environment

Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
