With over a decade of experience in the region and a knowledgeable team, we offer fully integrated HR services.We are currently seeking a Costing Clerk (Automotive) for one of our client, to be based in their Sharjah office.Job Scope:To ensure optimum quality of costing service in a accordance with the group's standard and successfully contribute in achieving Service Department target and the organization's vision and mission.
- Costing of all job cards according to company's guidelines. (KSD, FRU planning & costing).
- Carrying out time efficiency analysis for all productive staff.
- Discuss any unclear points with the concerned team leader/Workshop controller.
- Assisting in warranty processing.
- Ensuring that all Job cards are correct before costing xe2x80x93 signatures, mileage, etc.
- Monitoring recall campaign completions.
- Submitting monthly overtime summaries.
- Submitting monthly incentive scheme payments for approval.
- Updating APAS/ISPA status.
- Following the QMA procedures & guidelines.
- Support the overall objectives of the department.
- Should be team orientated, working as a team member assisting and supporting their colleagues and other departments in achieving a shared vision.
- 3+yrs Experience working in costing of automotive parts.
- Basic understanding of automotive components and systems.
- MS Office skills
- English xe2x80x93 Fluent (required), Arabic (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
