Experience: . Minimum 3 years of experience Qualification: . Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Industry: . Signage / Manufacturing / Fabrication Ideal Candidate Profile: . To calculate, evaluate, and estimate daily inquiries from the sales and project engineers. . Cost to be calculated based on fit for purpose. . Ability to read and understand technical drawings. . Communicate with other departments, engineers, and project managers to resolve issues. . Meets targets and schedules for costing and project delivery. . Analytical skills: you must be able to analyze project requirements to accurately estimate costs for each component. . Critical thinking: critical thinking and solid decision-making skills are a must in this job. . Time management skills: you should be able to do multiple tasks and provide cost estimates in a timely manner to help projects stay on time and on budget. . Working out what a contract will cost to deliver while ensuring it returns a profit. . Deal with the preparation, processing, and submission of bids to supply a sign or display. . Put together project plans by calculating the costs required to meet the client's technical specifications, taking into account the cost of materials, equipment hire, labor, and other requirements. .
