• Monitor and analyze daily food, beverage, and operational costs.
• Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate stock records and address discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing departmental budgets and forecasts.
• Implement and enforce cost control procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with F&B, kitchen, and other departments on cost management.
• Train staff on waste reduction and cost-saving practices.
• Utilize cost control software and tools effectively.
• Support the Finance Manager with cost-related reporting and analysis.
Desired Skill & Expertise:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in cost control software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
