Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage budgets for departments and projects.
- Analyze costs and expenses to identify savings opportunities.
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary limits.
- Investigate and report on variances between budgeted and actual costs.
- Generate accurate financial reports and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with teams to estimate costs for future initiatives.
- Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with policies.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Identify and implement cost reduction strategies.
- Utilize data and trends to forecast future expenses.
- More than 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in cost control or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
