Job Location: Habshan, Western Region, Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish cost baselines and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Track project expenditures and compare them with the budget.
• Prepare periodic cost reports, variance analyses, and forecasts.
• Ensure timely and accurate cost reporting to the top management.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Analyze supplier and subcontractor proposals for cost efficiency.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to ensure cohesive financial management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in cost control, budgeting, or project finance in the construction or oil & gas industry.
• Hands-on experience with construction projects, including underground works and precast structures.
• Proficiency in cost control softwares.
• Familiarity with construction project management softwares.
• Preferred Skill: Certification in cost control or project management (e.g., CCP, PMP).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Habshan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
