Responsibilities

Control the cost of sales in all F&B outlets and ensure that costs are within the budget.
Prepare the variance analysis for the outlets & communicate with relevant parties.
Check & verify POS transactions, discounts, staff meal, pricing, etc.
Control the food & beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage & efficiency.
Update selling prices in POS as per the authorization by authorized persons.
Update the recipes in the system & maintain POS system.
Recommend & develop cost control policies & procedures.
Conduct spot checks at all F&B outlets.
Participate & supervise in stock taking in all the outlets.
Prepare monthly food & beverage cost report.
Keep up to date on new vendors and possible cost-cutting partnerships.
Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at cost.
Collaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize waste.
Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of interdependency of cost drivers.
Commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality.
Develop & implement proactive solutions & cost-cutting measures.
Any other tasks in the finance department as and when required by the management.

Qualifications
