• 2+ Years experience in Construction industry Required

Job Title : Cost Controller

: We are looking for a Cost Controller with a project accounting background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing reports, and ensuring financial control across projects. The role requires proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and experience with Primavera, SAP, or MS Project is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and control project budgets and costs.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
• Track project expenditures and provide cost analysis.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial compliance.

Requirements :

• Degree in Engineering/Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Willingness to work extended hours under pressure.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio (Primavera, SAP, MS Project a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
