Duties and responsibilities:
• Analyze items provided in the BOQ and developed into detailed classifications of the Target Budget framework then set up the target rates.
• Deliberately assign cost codes to facilitate project team in allocating resources when the project starts to mobilize.
• Following budget structure and components were established, to review with the management the latter until finalized for final approval of the Managing Director.
• Responsible to control & monitor project total disbursement and ensure that all costs are captured and properly posted.
• Verify all variations and evaluate the items that have impact on project cost, to reflect any additional resources and addendums to the original budget and contract associated to cost to complete.
• Certify subcontractor billings while validate the cost code in every material issue for the proper alignment of cost against budget.
• Liaise with other departments for further cost to be included in cost to complete report.
• Evaluate the approved client payment including certified variations to reflect and align with the corresponding work progress cost to obtain the project revenue.
• Discuss with Project Managers all the accumulated cost in relation to site activity progress and to identify setbacks while to ensure manpower efficiency and output are aligned with the approved productivity pace as well as the other attributes.
• Review and revise together with the Project Managers the project remaining cost estimate considering expended initial budget to generate correct forecast cost at completion.
• Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management's review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
• Ensure the components of the ERP system work and interact accordingly with all the departments.
• Coordinate with the prime implementer with the maintenance of our system structure and in the event of technical problems those are beyond of our internal source.
• Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as and when required.
• Review customizations of the system to ensure that the changes are appropriate for the entire corporation since all departments were integrated in lone system.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering with specialization in Project Management or Cost Control related training.
• Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting.
• Communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have a minimum working experience of 8 years.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
