Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Cost Control Engineer (MEP) located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Cost Control Engineer (MEP) will be responsible for managing and controlling MEP project costs, monitoring budgetary allocations, preparing cost estimates, analyzing project expenses, and providing recommendations for cost reduction. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effective project execution and adherence to budget constraints. Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer
- Proven experience in cost control and project management in MEP construction industry
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of construction contracts and cost estimation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
