Cost Estimation and Budgeting:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and assist in the development of project budgets.
• Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Identify potential cost overruns or savings and recommend actions to mitigate financial risks.
Cost Tracking and Monitoring:
• Continuously track project costs and compare them against the budget to monitor financial performance.
• Maintain a detailed record of project expenditures, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
• Ensure accurate tracking of subcontractor and supplier costs.
Forecasting and Financial Reporting:
• Prepare regular cost forecasts and track project financial performance to ensure that projects are completed within the approved budget.
• Provide detailed reports on cost performance, including earned value analysis (EVA), to stakeholders.
• Analyse cost trends and provide proactive recommendations to adjust project plans or scope.
Change Management:
• Manage change orders and assess their impact on project costs and schedule.
• Track and document all project changes, ensuring proper cost adjustments are made and approvals are obtained.
• Prepare cost impact reports for any variations from the original contract.
Risk Management:
• Identify cost risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential financial issues.
• Work with project teams to assess and manage cost risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that cost control measures are incorporated into project plans to minimize risk exposure.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective cost management.
• Provide cost-related input during project meetings and decision-making processes.
• Communicate cost issues, challenges, and concerns to senior management and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Documentation and Compliance:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost records and financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to cost control.
• Assist in audits and ensure that all financial records are properly documented and accessible.
Software and Tools Management:
• Use cost control and project management software (e.g., Primavera, SAP, Procore, or similar) to track and manage project costs.
• Regularly update and maintain the cost databases and reporting tools.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
