Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Cost Estimation/Cost Control Quantity Surveyor/Engineer to join our team, focusing on road and infrastructure and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping in preparing accurate cost estimates, managing project budgets, and ensuring effective cost control throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for road and infrastructure and maintenance projects.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine project requirements.
• Develop and update unit rates and pricing databases.
• Cost Control:
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
• Identify cost variances and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare cost reports and forecasts for management.
• Quantity Surveying:
• Measure and quantify project materials and works.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in cost estimation and cost control for road and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., BidBow Construction Estimating Software, AutoCAD, MS Excel).
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in BidBow Construction Estimating Software is a plus.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.
