Budgets and Plans: Contribute to the preparation of the Product Supply Section budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified. Support Product Supply team in preparing the Budget/Rolling Forecast/LRP plans.
Policies, Systems, Processes, & Procedures: Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
Day- to-day Operations:
Establish standard Manufacturing Costing Practices and uniform cost reporting for the
Group. * Provide Financial inputs on BOM at SKU creation.
Quarterly review of all production cost vs Budget and provide corrective actions.
Quarterly review of each element of supply chain cost vs Budget and analysis variance.
e.g. Logistic Costs, Freight inward and outward, Insurance, Export related cost etc. Month-end COGS variance analysis. * Review Labor absorption /Production Variance.
Manufacturing Variance Analysis for Labor, Material & resources.
Planning & Budgeting /Forecasting/Cogs for Group Quarterly and Yearly.
Quarterly Forecasting WAC supporting to the Sales and Marketing for decision making.
Monitor closely together with the procurement team the impact of the changes in Raw
material/Packing Material prices and provide financial impact, Risks, and mitigations. * Develop and implement Cost saving tracker and highlighting areas of concern.
Monthly reports packs for KPIs related to Production, logistic and procurement
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Reporting: Preparing insightful reports and financial analysis to support Product Supply team in decision making, highlighting significant variances vs. Budget, Forecast and previous year.
Health, Safety, & Environment: Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Related Assignments: Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

A well-rounded Finance Professional with at least 4-5 years of experience who developed his/her career with blue chip companies in the food processing, manufacturing, or FMCG/Retail industry.
Minimum2-3 years of experience in Food processing/ Manufacturing/FMCG
Experienced in Emerging Markets (especially Middle East and Asia)
