Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cost analysis, finance, or business development, ideally in the pest control or facility services industry.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Experience in generating and managing new business leads and achieving sales targets.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis software, Excel, and budgeting tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-generation platforms.
• Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Knowledge:
• Understanding of UAE pest control market regulations and business practices.
• Experience in both residential and commercial pest control services.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's in business administration or any related field
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, particularly in the UAE.
