UK Roof Tiles is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality roofing materials, committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated Cost and Inventory Accountant to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate cost records, managing inventory, and supporting accounting operations in our fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: AED 2,500 - 3,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
Additional Benefits: Visa sponsorship, allowances, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect daily production reports from the Production Manager and prepare system-based production reports.
• Gather daily packing reports, prepare inventory reports accordingly, and perform physical inventory checks.
• Enter production processes, purchases, sales, and stock adjustments in the SMACC system.
• Update cost statements to reflect changes in raw material costs, production expenses, etc.
• Calculate product costs and perform variance analysis on cost data.
• Maintain daily reports for finished products and raw material inventory based on production and packing reports.
• Prepare monthly raw material usage and production reports.
• Create sales invoices, delivery notes, and sales reports while coordinating with local and Saudi logistics.
• Develop monthly raw material budgets aligned with production plans.
• Handle preparation of payment requests and purchase orders.
• Train and supervise cost and inventory accounting staff.
• Assist the Senior Accountant with related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with SMACC is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
