Job Description
Position: Cost Accountant
Salary: 7000 to 10000 AED Location: Dubai
Qualification & Requirement:
Qualifications: CMA certified by ICAI (Institute of Cost Accountants of India) Masters's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field o o Minimum 5 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis o Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills o Excellent communication and reporting abilities : o Key Responsibilities: o Responsible for managing and analysing financial data to support cost efficiency and profitability. o Analysing costs, materials, and overheads o Preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis Maintaining accurate cost accounting records and reports Assisting in the preparation of financial statements o Conducting audits to ensure cost controls are in place Recommending cost-saving measures to management o Managing inventory valuations and production costs o Collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and queries, fostering effective communication and problem-solving. o Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
