Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service Supervise and support the team, including aestheticians, therapists, and front desk staff Oversee patient experience, ensuring excellent service from consultation to post-treatment care Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve business goals Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols Maintain inventory of medical and cosmetic supplies Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and attract new clients

Requirements

Proven experience in managing a

cosmetic clinic, aesthetic center, or medical spa

Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of

cosmetic treatments, skincare, and aesthetic procedures

Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
