We are seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Telesales Executive to join our fast-growing IT solutions company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably within the IT industry, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a key member of our sales team, you will drive sales for our IT solutions, generate leads, build strong relationships with corporate clients, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and target potential corporate clients for IT solutions via outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels. Leverage market research and available tools to generate qualified leads.
Product Knowledge & Sales Presentations:
Effectively communicate and present our IT solutions, including software, hardware, cloud services, and IT consulting, to meet the specific needs of corporate clients. Tailor pitches to show how our offerings can solve client challenges and improve business operations.
Sales Negotiation & Closing:
Handle all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing, ensuring both the client's needs and company objectives are met.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate organizations. Provide exceptional post-sales support and maintain ongoing contact to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Reporting & Administration:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system. Provide regular updates and reports to management on progress toward sales targets.
Industry Expertise & Market Research:
Stay up to date with the latest trends in IT solutions and technology, as well as competitive offerings. Use this knowledge to provide insights to clients and offer strategic solutions that address their needs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience, from sales inquiry to post-sales support and delivery.
Requirements:
Experience:
2+ years of telesales and B2B sales experience in the IT industry or a related field. A strong understanding of IT products and services is a plus.
Sales Skills:
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, conduct effective sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
CRM Proficiency:
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar to track leads, sales activities, and client information.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to analyze client needs and provide appropriate IT solutions that deliver measurable results.
Target-Oriented:
Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Technical Aptitude:
Comfort with discussing complex IT solutions and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical decision-makers.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of specific IT solutions, such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, managed IT services, and enterprise solutions.
Familiarity with the IT sales cycle, including working with corporate IT departments, vendors, and third-party service providers.
